Our business clients are gifted, talented, extraordinary entrepreneurs. It is amazing what our clients are accomplishing operationally and overseeing the overall operation of their companies. We understand entrepreneurship. I come from a family of entrepreneurs. I learned to negotiate beginning at the age of 9 from my Uncle Joe, whose nickname was Joe Wheeler Dealer. We (my clients and I) combine our talents creating a recipe for success. This is what I love most about my work. I began my professional career in 1984 as a staff accountant for Ernst and Young before opening my own public accounting practice two years later. I am a top ranked executive with a proven track record of managing cash flow and tax impacts, revenue enhancement through development and implementation of new programs and analysis of old, and stream lining expense through methods such as vendor and lease negotiations. I have consistently developed strong business relationships by meeting others needs while attaining goals for the companies I have represented. When not assisting our clients, you can find me playing golf with friends at Greystone Country Club or helping with the American Heart Association in their fight against heart disease.
Glenn Brothers, Financial Consultant
My career started with a national financial company more than 30 years ago for which I built and maintained one of their largest offices before opening my own company. In the entrepreneur spirit of our family, I owned and ran a financial company that included real estate loans, automobile, other types of loans, and insurance sales. I have since sold all of this business except for the real estate mortgage portion which I still maintain and operate. I have served as President of the Alabama Consumer Financial Association, A trade association for Lenders all over Alabama, and now serve as Adviser for the ACFA – Helen Brothers Memorial Scholarship Fund, named in memory of my late wife of 46 years. I am also active in the Birmingham Briarwood Presbyterian Church PCA for over 20 years and you can find me in my spare time volunteering with various service needs around the city and state.
Alexandra Beasley, Administrative Assistant
My love for people makes it a pleasure to greet and assist you - our clients to help you obtain information and direction you may need. I offer assistance with locating copies of tax forms, financial statements, coordination of meetings, and surfing our web. It is my pleasure to assist you. I’m currently a student at the University of Alabama where I am obtaining my accounting degree. I have been on the Dean’s List every semester.

I have worked in the administrative field for the past fifteen years, mainly as a bookkeeper for a manufacturer’s representative agency. My past work history taught me the necessary skills to become an administrative assistant at Brothers C.P.A., P.C. working closely with the owner and certified public accountant, Angela Brothers. I assist with payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, sales tax preparation, payroll tax preparation, data entry, and all other aspects of administrative work associated with Brothers, CPA, PC. I am a hard working, team player who puts out the extra effort to get the job done in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. I enjoy cooking, gardening, puzzles and playing with my grandson.
